Shipping
One or two sentences setting up the page, before the main copy starts.
We ship from the United States to most of the world. Prices on the site are in US dollars; if you are shopping from outside the US your own currency is shown at checkout, converted at the day's rate.

How long it takes
Orders leave us within one working day. After that:
- United States — two to five working days
- Canada, United Kingdom and Europe — five to ten working days
- Everywhere else — seven to fourteen working days
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If that email has not arrived within two working days, check the spam folder and then write to us.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duty or VAT when they arrive. That charge is set by your own country and is not something we collect or control. It is not included in the prices shown.
Where we cannot ship
Anywhere we cannot get a tracked service to. If checkout will not accept your address, write to hello@tondotoys.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
